Our dedication to providing safe, unused, highest quality medical supplies fuels our decision-making. As such, returns are rarely allowed and only in specific situations. To be considered, a return must be unopened in its original packaging with no damage to the security tape. It must be postmarked within ten days of the original delivery date. Refunds are only granted in limited circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on discounted orders, including any introductory promotion (i.e., 50% off your first month). Your account will be charged every thirty (30) days unless adjusted. You must cancel or skip before your charge date to avoid responsibility for any charges and taxes.
